ROKA and CHIVI welcome you to Litschau in Austria’s Waldviertel: two cosy tiny houses for days without a packed schedule. Enjoy long walks with your dog, a stroll around nearby Lake Herrensee or simply time together.

Each house offers around 30 m² with a box-spring bed, sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Your terrace and fully fenced garden are yours to enjoy.

A thoughtful welcome for your dog
Dog bowls, dog beds, blankets, dog towels and poo bags are ready. Small surprises welcome people and dogs alike. Ideal for two adults and one dog; additional dogs are welcome on request. You are equally welcome without a dog.

A getaway for every season
Autumn brings colourful woodland walks. Winter means fresh air followed by cosy hours in your warm tiny house. Spring and summer bring new greenery, lakeside days and evenings on the terrace. Both houses are available all year round.
